We stage every kind of Nipomo home. That includes single-level homes on the Mesa, family homes near Olde Towne, golf-course homes at Blacklake and 55+ homes in Trilogy at Monarch Dunes. Each one gets furniture and decor chosen to fit how its buyers want to live.

What it costs

Our pricing is fixed and based on interior square footage. It covers all living and dining spaces, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the primary bedroom.

Up to 1,000 sq ft: $1,199/month

1,000 to 1,500 sq ft: $1,399/month

1,500 to 2,000 sq ft: $1,599/month

2,000 to 2,500 sq ft: $1,799/month

2,500 to 3,000 sq ft: $1,999/month

Over 3,000 sq ft: ask us

There's a one-time $499 fee for delivery, setup and pickup. Extra rooms (bedrooms, offices, patios) are a one-time $200 each. The minimum is 30 days, then it's month-to-month, and after two months the monthly fee drops by 50%.
