Schedule your delivery
We are ready whenever you are! Once we get all your information we will get you on the schedule for delivery within the next 5 business days.

Return at your convenience
Our minimum rental period is only 30 days, so use the staging while you need it and schedule a return pick up whenever you are done!
OUR PRICING
No need for a consultation or days waiting on a quote! You can determine exactly how much it will cost to stage your home based on it's square footage:
0 - 1,000 sqft .................. $1,199/month
1,000 - 1,500 sqft ................ $1,399/month
1,500 - 2,000 sqft ................ $1,599/month
2,000 - 2,500 sqft ................ $1,799/month
2,500 - 3,000 sqft ................ $1,999/month
3,000+ sqft ................ Please Inquire
**A one-time delivery fee will also be charged upfront for each staging, which covers the delivery, setup, and tear down of the furniture and decor**

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Here's exactly what to expect from your staging package:
WHAT WE DO
Our price includes staging all the main areas in your home, which includes ALL living and dining spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, and the primary bedroom
We do offer staging for additional rooms (or outdoor spaces) Each additional room adds $200/month to your total
Your rooms will be fully furnished and decor layered throughout the home- including styled countertops and tables, curated wall art, and bathrooms finished with towels and accessories
WHAT WE DON'T DO
Our rental agreements are month to month, we don't lock you into a 60-90 day minimum contract, like most staging companies
We bring in all of our own furniture and decor, we don't stage using any furniture currently in the home
We do not require any upfront appointments or consultations in order to price your staging or schedule your delivery. All prices are set with no hidden fees, based on our pricing sheet above
